Dockage:
Boat owners are responsible for arranging their own dockage and we encourage you to reserve early. If you are racing in a one design class, we recommend that you communicate with a local representative in your class who understands the Annapolis area and what would be in your best interest.

The Annapolis Harbormaster's Office is responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable use of navigable city waters, including Weems Creek, Spa Creek, parts of the Severn River, Annapolis Harbor and Back Creek. The office manages public moorings for transient boaters, annual moorings for residents and non-residents, 1500 feet of bulkhead and 17 slips at City Dock, and the use of various park docks and street endings by boaters.

Dock space and moorings are available on a first come, first served basis. We do not reserve moorings or slips, except in the case of City-sponsored special events. New in 2010 we are managing the Chandler Dock (formerly known as Fawcett’s) under a management agreement which permits taking reservations and holding reserved space on the Chandler Dock. Dock space may be rented in a slip or on the bulkhead at an hourly (maximum of 3 hours) or daily rate. The hourly rate is $7.00/hr for boats up to 49' 11” long, electrical hookup included. The overnight rate is $2.00/ft, electrical hookup not included. Reserved Space on the Chandler Dock is available at $3.00 per foot.
